Born in Sacramento, Chez Tarleton graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Sociology. Now they are pursuing certification as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through Capella University. Chez dove into the field of mental health to empower and encourage the BIPOC population while fighting against stigma. Consequently, they are a peer advocate, public speaker for mental health and youth representation, and a volunteer for the Sacramento LGBT Center. Chez enjoys outdoor activities, watching horror movies, crafting, and also volunteering for the local SPCA.
